Ports 1961–you would think it was founded in 1961. I feel tricked whenever I hear the brand name since it was founded in 2004! A luxury brand with a long history of exotic travels? That’s what they’re trying to be. So far, it seems to be successful. The creative director, Tia Cibani, was born in North Africa, and grew up in Vancouver. In addition, the company is based in Hong Kong. The store finally opened today–just in time to feed those hungry luxury consumers.
